1. How can I pay for drinks and food at the event?
We are able to take payment via card only for drinks and food in 2026.
2. What drinks are available at OWBF?
We will have a selection of Craft Ales from local and a number of special guest Breweries, a range of ciders including fruit ciders, Prosecco, wine and soft drinks.
3. Am I able to buy tickets on the door?
For sessions which have sold out there will be no additional tickets available on the door. For sessions with remaining ticket availability we may be able to sell some tickets on the door but these will be limited to ensure we have suitable stock for existing ticket holders.
4. Can I bring my dog along to the event?
No animals other than support animals will be permitted entry unfortunately.
5. I have bought tickets but am now unable to attend, can I get a refund?
No, however if you have tickets for a sold out session please contact us and we may be able to reallocate the tickets (no guarantees!).
6. Will you be serving gluten free beer?
We are unable to confirm how many gluten free beers will be on offer although we do ensure there is at least one on offer; additionally we will have a full range of ciders to chose from.
7. Am I able to purchase any Beer to take home?
Beer will be available to purchase and take home from 10pm on the Saturday night only to ensure we have suitable stock across the two days.
8. Can i purchase any additional pint glasses?
Subject to ticket sales we will have any spare glasses available to purchase for £5 each
9. Where are the profits of the event going?
We are a non-profit organisation and support local charities and groups, to date we have donated over £5,000 to local groups.
10. Can I bring my child along to the event?
No sorry this is an adult only event.
11. Will you be serving food at the event?
Yes we will be serving hot freshly cooked food across the both days and also have bar snack available.
